An internal paper for the staff team giving an overview of what we meant by ‘action inquiry’.
Action inquiry was the approach used by Lankelly Chase staff in planning, developing and reflecting on their work – including grantmaking. This was held in contrast with more linear approaches to programme delivery, and had a bigger emphasis on learning and adaptation.
