This document outlines the due diligence process we used for grants to organisations outside the UK.
International grants were seen as inherently ‘riskier’ and/or ‘unusual’ by internal governance processes. This guide covers the extra steps taken to mitigate these risks, including key questions to answer, and any changes which might be needed to the wording of funding agreements or ongoing monitoring practices.
